Description

95, 97, and 99 Rose Street in Edinburgh is a three-storey, four-bay tenement building constructed around 1780, with some alterations at the ground level. The exterior features coursed rubble and includes a pair of corniced shopfronts that flank a recessed common stair door. The windows are timber sash and case with 12 panes. The building has ashlar coped skews and brick stacks, which have been rendered on the eastern side, topped with grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
