Description
51 Rose Street North Lane is a three-storey tenement building with a mansard attic, constructed around 1780. It is located on a corner site and features a two-bay design. The exterior is made of rubble, with a modern shop front at the ground level that has a corniced channeled ashlar finish. The building has a broad return with two bays and a common stair situated at the center.
The windows are timber sash and case, consisting of 12 panes each. The roof is a piended mansard style, covered with grey slates and has ashlar coped skews. The interior was not seen in 1995.
