59, 61, 63 Rose Street is a tenement building constructed by 1780, featuring later alterations and additions. It is a four-storey and attic structure with a broad two-bay design, including commercial premises on the ground floor. The exterior is made of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. The first and second floors have tripartite windows, while the third floor features bipartite windows. The building has a mansard roof with a pair of bipartite dormers. The rear elevation is also four-storey and attic with a two-bay rubble design, displaying bipartite windows on the right side.

The windows are 4-pane timber sash and the building has ashlar coped skews. The harled stacks have been reduced to gablehead and the roof is covered with grey slates. The interior was not seen in 1995.
