Description

44 Rose Street North Lane is a late 18th century single storey and loft mews building featuring five bays and a carriage arch at the center. The structure is constructed of coursed cream rubble sandstone with ashlar dressings. There are doors and windows on either side of the archway, with a loft window positioned above. The building has timber sash and case windows and a piended roof covered with grey slates.
