3, 4, 5 Warrender Park Crescent, Marchmont, Edinburgh

3, 4, 5 Warrender Park Crescent is a four-storey tenement building with a basement, dating from around 1880. It is part of a terrace and features lightly stugged grey ashlar with polished dressings. The building has a base course and a string course at the third floor. The entrance includes architraved round-arched doorways with recessed polished granite columns, panelled two-leaf doors, plate glass fanlights, and chamfered reveals.

On the north entrance elevation, there are steps leading up to doorways located in the second, fourth, and sixth bays. The third floor windows have single dormerheads, and there is a carved panel above the doorway in the fourth bay. The first and fifth bays feature full-height canted windows topped with pyramidal roofs and wrought-iron finials. The third and eighth bays have bipartite windows on each floor, while the third floor windows have pedimented dormerheads with inset paterae and round-arched panels. There is a former doorway, now a window, in the seventh bay, detailed similarly to the others, with single windows above and a pedimented dormerhead for the third floor window. The building has plate glass sash and case windows, a grey slate roof, and corniced wallhead stacks between the second and third bays, as well as between the sixth and seventh bays, with corniced mutual stacks, moulded octagonal cans, and gabletted skewputts.

The interiors were not seen in 1991. The property also features cast-iron boundary railings along the street and steps.
