19th century; later alterations. 2-storey and attic. Square and snecked rubble; broad fascia at 1st floor; raised cills.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: panelled 2-leaf door in right bay; large flanking window; central window at 1st floor; central dormer.

E ELEVATION: central door; 2 single windows in left bays; bipartite and large window in right bays; regular fenestration above; platform dormers in attic.

S ELEVATION: blind gable.

W ELEVATION: adjoining building.

Modern glazing. Grey slate mansard roof; rubble stack at E corner.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.
