Description

15 West Terrace in South Queensferry is a 19th-century building that has undergone later alterations. It is two stories tall with an attic, constructed from square and snecked rubble. The first floor features a broad fascia and raised cills.

On the north (principal) elevation, there is a panelled two-leaf door located in the right bay, flanked by a large window, with a central window at the first floor and a central dormer above. The east elevation has a central door, two single windows in the left bays, and a bipartite large window in the right bays, with regular fenestration above and platform dormers in the attic. The south elevation has a blind gable, while the west elevation is adjoined by another building.

The building has modern glazing and a grey slate mansard roof, with a rubble stack at the eastern corner. The interior was not seen in 2000.
