Description
3 Park Place in Elie is a later 19th-century building featuring two storeys and a mansard attic. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and margins. The façade has two windows and a central door topped with a stilted curvilinear pediment. To the sides of the door are flanking windows, with a bipartite window on the first floor to the right that has a corbelled sill. To the left, there is a canted three-light oriel bay that rises into a canted dormer. The right side features a tripartite dormer with a central gablet. The roof is slated, with skews that have moulded ends and rendered end stacks. The upper sashes have 4 or 6-pane glazing.
