Description

19 Park Place in Elie is a two-storey building from the later 19th century, constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. It features a piend roof on the left, which has a shouldered wooden lintel and chamfered ashlar dressings. To the right, there is a window, and on the first floor, there are two windows: one in a gablet to the left and one in a gable to the right. The building has a three-light canted bay window at the splayed corner of the first floor. A side door is located in the north elevation, positioned at the angle with No 21, which is set back. The roof is slated with straight skews and ball finials on the gables. There are two ashlar stacks located in the centre. The upper sashes of the windows have six-pane glazing, while the lower sashes have two panes.
