Later 19th century. 2-storey, rubble with ashlar dressings. Piend on left with shouldered wooden lintel and chamfered ashlar dressings, window right and 2 first floor windows, left in gablet, right in gable, three light canted bay treatment at splayed first floor corner broached from square. Side door in north elevation in angle with No 21 which is set back. Slated roof straight skews and ball finials to gables,

2 stacks, ashlar in centre. Upper sashes 6 pane glazing lower sashes 2-panes.
