Description
21 Park Place in Elie is an earlier 19th century building that has been altered. It is two storeys high with an attic, although it does not have dormers on the front. The exterior is made of harl pointed rubble with painted margins. The entrance door is located on the right side, with a 12-pane sash window to the left and a reglazed 2-pane sash window above. The roof is red tiled and features a rooflight, along with an outshot and a rear dormer.
Next door at 23 Park Place, there is a door on the left side, a bipartite window, and a central timber three-light canted oriel bay at the first floor. The roof is slate hung with a box former in a pantiled style. The doors are paired and deeply recessed, and there is also an outshot and dormer at the rear. Both buildings share mutual stacks with 19 and 25 Park Place. Additionally, there is a dwarf rubble garden wall with half round coping at No 21.
