Earlier 19th century; much altered. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay dwelling house. Harled; painted margins.

N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door in left bay with steps; large window in right bay; single window at 1st floor; canted dormer above and attic window.

E ELEVATION: adjoining building.

S ELEVATION: modern single storey extension.

W ELEVATION: adjoining building.

Modern glazing; grey slate roof; straight stone skew; rendered stack at W gablehead.

INTERIOR: not seen 2000.
