2 Brewery Close, South Queensferry

2 Brewery Close in South Queensferry is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay dwelling house that underwent a renovation in the late 20th century. The exterior is harled with recessed openings that lack margins.

On the south elevation, there is a central door flanked by windows, with additional windows located in the outer bays above. The west elevation features a blind gable, while the north elevation is adjoined to another building. The east elevation was not visible.

The windows consist of 8-pane astragaled narrow casements. The roof is pantiled with a slate easing course, straight concrete skews, and tall harled and coped stacks at the gableheads. The interior was not seen in 2000.
