Description
3 High Street in South Queensferry is an earlier 18th century, altered, two-storey, three-bay dwelling house. The exterior is harled with smooth margins.
On the west elevation, there is a central door flanked by large windows. The first floor features single windows in the outer bays and a small window to the left.
The north, east, and south elevations are adjoining buildings. The roof is covered with modern glazing and pantiles, and there is a rubble stack at the left gable.
