Description

36 North Overgate in Kinghorn is an 18th-century, 2-storey, 3-bay house that forms part of an irregular terrace. The exterior is harled with stone margins.

On the southwest elevation, there is a 2-leaf boarded timber door located in the outer right bay at ground level, with two small windows to the left. The first floor features three windows, arranged in a grouping of two and one.

The windows are timber sash and case with 9- and 12-pane glazing patterns. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there are harled stacks topped with thackstanes and cans, along with ashlar-coped skews.
