Description

34 North Overgate is an 18th-century, small single-storey house with a raised basement, forming part of an irregular terrace. The exterior features painted render over rubble.

On the southwest elevation, the building is set back from the street line. There is a door located to the right of the centre at the basement level, while the ground floor has a stair leading to a centrally positioned door, flanked by square windows. The windows have a 4-pane glazing pattern and are timber pivot windows. The roof is swept and covered with pantiles.
