Description
35 North Overgate in Kinghorn is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house, with the bays grouped to the left. It is part of an irregular terrace to the north and south. The exterior features thinly rendered rubble and harl with painted margins, along with quoins strips and chamfered arrises.
On the northeast elevation, there is a modern timber door at the center of the ground floor, flanked by windows on each floor. The southeast elevation, facing Glamis Road, has a gabled design with windows on each floor in the right bay and a smaller window on the left at ground level.
The windows are timber sash and case with a four-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there is a coped rubble stack with thackstanes and cans, as well as ashlar-coped skews.
