Description
30 North Overgate in Kinghorn is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay flatted dwelling that originally included a shop on the ground floor. It is part of an irregular terrace and features whitewashed rubble with dressed quoins and stone cills, along with a band course that separates the floors.
On the southwest elevation, there is a part-glazed panelled timber door located in the bay to the right of the centre on the ground floor, with windows in the flanking bays and an additional door to the outer left. The first floor has three windows. The first-floor windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing, while the ground floor features modern fixed timber windows with a four-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there are coped painted stacks with thackstanes and cans.
