Description
20 Eastgate in Kinghorn is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that forms part of a regular terrace to the southwest. The exterior is harled.
On the southeast elevation, there is a deep-set door located off-centre to the left at ground level, flanked by windows in the adjacent bays. The first floor features three windows arranged in a 1-2 grouping.
The northeast elevation has a full-height chimney breast that projects at the centre, with a window to the left on the first floor.
The windows are timber sash and case with a 12-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with concrete pantiles, and the stacks are harled with cans, while the skews are ashlar-coped.
