Description

11 Seagate in Irvine is an 18th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of a terrace. The building features painted, harled rubble with painted margins.

The northeast elevation, facing the street, is symmetrical with a central entrance door and windows on either side. There are also windows on the first floor in each bay. The house has 8-pane timber sash windows and a grey slate roof, with a skew and skewputt on the party wall to the right and a stack at the ridge.
