Description
6 North Overgate in Kinghorn is an 18th-century, two-storey, two-bay house that forms part of a regular terrace on the southeast side. The building is harled.
On the southwest, or principal elevation, there is a forestair to the right of the centre that leads to the ground floor. To the left of the forestair, there is a window, and to the outer right, a segmental-headed pend entrance. The first floor features two windows, while there is a blank wall plane to the outer left.
The windows are timber sash and case with a 4-pane glazing pattern. The roof is covered with clay pantiles, and there are coped harled stacks with ashlar-coped skew. A cast-iron downpipe is present, complete with a decorative rainwater hopper.
