Description
16 Greenside in Leslie is an 18th-century house that was altered in the early 20th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay rectangular-plan structure, harled with stone margins, and forms part of an irregular terrace. The center features a broad staircase that projects under a swept roof, which includes a stair window. To the right of the staircase is a door, and to the left is a window, both accompanied by swept dormers that break the eaves at the first floor.
The house has a glazing pattern of six panes in the upper sash and two panes in the lower sash of the windows. It is topped with purple slates and has a crowstepped east gable with a beak skewputt. The harled exterior includes coped stacks with cans, and there is a west stack set in the roof pitch.
