Description
13 Greenside in Leslie is a house built in the late 18th to early 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay rectangular plan structure that is part of an irregular terrace to the south. There is also a later garage with a piend roof attached to the right side. The house is constructed from squared and coursed whinstone, featuring a small area of Aberdeen bond, stone mullions, and droved long and short work ashlar quoins and eaves course.
The east, or principal elevation, is symmetrical, with a central door flanked by windows in the outer bays, and regular bays of windows on the first floor. The sash and case windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern, and there is a boot scraper set into the wall to the right of the door. The roof is covered with pantiles and has ashlar coped skews with scroll skewputts, as well as coped ashlar stacks with cans.
