Circa 1835. Ashlar with raised belt and string courses.

2-storey and dormerless attic, 3 window front to Airlie

Street with central recessed door in moulded architrave.

Recessed quadrant corner feature with moulded doorpiece at

ground floor and single window with balcony and fluted

apron at first floor level, deep parapet at quadrant only.

2 window gable now blank at ground floor, with off-centre

attic light and big stack. Gabled slated roof with

straight skews.
