Description

22 St David Street in Brechin is an early 19th-century building featuring a two-storey façade with three windows made of ashlar stone. The ground floor is channelled and includes a door and three shop windows, with one window on the left and two on the right. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course at the top. The roof is stone slated and has three large rooflights.
