Description

22 Church Street in Brechin is a two-storey building that was extended in 1911, designed in the Free Renaissance style. The exterior is constructed of ashlar stone. Notable features include a wide corniced door with a deep lugged architrave, a boarded side door on the right, and a bipartite window with leaded glass on the left. The central first-floor window is moulded and has a curvilinear lintel, along with two date panels. Above the eaves, there is a shaped central wall-head gable, and the roof is slated.
