Description

17 Church Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1800. It is two stories tall and features a three-window front that is set back from the adjacent buildings at 11, 13, and 15 Church Street. The central entrance has an architraved doorpiece with a cavetto-splayed design. There is a lower door located at the back on the west end of the building. The south (rear) elevation has three windows and includes two canted dormers. The roof is slated.
