Description

4 Church Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1800, with later alterations. It is constructed of coursed stugged rubble with flush margins, although the dressings are much weathered. The building is two storeys high and features two doors, along with altered two-light windows and a re-formed window that includes a modern ventilator. On the first floor, there are two sash and case windows that retain their original glazing. The roof is stone-slated, with a straight skew and a moulded skewputt.
