Description
35 and 37 Church Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1800, constructed of snecked rubble. It features a three-storey façade with three windows. The central door is framed by an architrave and has a cavetto splay. To the south, there is a two-window bow-fronted wing that includes anthemion iron balconies and original sash windows on the first floor.
In 1914, a single and two-storey surgery addition was added, which includes a two-storey section with a shaped dormer head and a single-storey east part that has an architraved door, a panel, and railings leading to a flat roof. The other roofs of the building are slated.
