Description
This building, located at 4, 6, and 8 High Street in Brechin, dates from around 1805, with a rainwater head dated 1915. It is a three-storey structure with a five-window elevation made of stugged ashlar. The central bipartites are divided by Doric column mullions. The left-hand shop has been badly modernised, and there is a central panelled door. The building features an eaves band course and has a slated roof with straight skews. The chimneystack has been rebuilt in brick.
