Description
10, 12, and 14 High Street in Brechin is an early 19th-century building constructed from stugged ashlar, featuring raised quoins and moulded architraves. It stands three storeys tall with a four-window front that retains its original glazing. The building includes two Edwardian shops, which have been partly modernised, and a close on the right side. It has a moulded eaves course, a slated roof, and skewputts. At the rear, there is a three-storey and attic rubble-built wing that is positioned at right angles, enveloping a semi-circular plan stair tower.
