11 High Street in Brechin is a mid 18th century building with a stuccoed exterior. It features a three-story facade with four windows. The structure includes shops and a central close. The roof is bell-cast and covered with slate, and there is a brick chimney head that has been cut down. Some windows have been reglazed.
