Description
16 and 18 St David Street in Brechin is a building from the later 19th century. It has two stories plus an attic. The ground floor is made of painted polished ashlar, while the first floor features stugged ashlar with polished chamfered margins. There are two panelled doors—one is a double leaf and the other has a fanlight above it—along with two shop windows. On the first floor, there are two bipartite windows. The building has an eaves band course and a patterned cast iron rainwater head. The roof is slated and includes two canted dormers.
