Description
56, 58, 60 Main Street in Douglas is a building from the later 19th century. It has two storeys and three bays, featuring a symmetrical design. The exterior is constructed of stugged ashlar with ashlar dressings, and the ground floor is rusticated. There are four windows separated by three doors, each with fanlights above. A band course runs over the ground floor. The first floor has round-headed windows with key blocks, linked by another band course; the central window is single, while the outer bays have bipartite windows. The building has an eaves course, an end stack, and a slate roof that is piended to the right.
