Description

24, 26, and 28 St David Street in Brechin is a tall, three-storey building with an attic, dating from the mid-19th century. The front features coursed rubble stonework and has three double-leaf panelled doors in the centre, flanked by two shop windows. The gabled roof is slated, with an eaves course and straight skews. The end stacks have been rebuilt in brick, and the flanks of the building are rendered. There are also two canted dormers, which have been reglazed with a four-pane divide.
