Description

16 Pearse Street in Brechin is a simple Georgian building from the mid-19th century. It is two stories high and features a three-window ashlar front with a central panelled door. The sides of the building are constructed from rubble. At the back, there is a single-storey wing. The roofs are gabled and slated, with end stacks that have been rebuilt in brick, and there is a bracketed rhone-cornice. The original glazing remains intact. Additionally, there are two square ashlar gatepiers with caps at the entrance.
