Description

4 Pearse Street in Brechin is a building dated 1887, featuring a single storey and an attic. The structure has a slightly advanced gable, with a single-storey canted bay and a bipartite window on the first floor to the right. To the left, there is a tripartite window, a bipartite dormer, and an arched doorpiece with a bracketed cornice. At the rear, there is a one-window rubble gable addition. The roof is slated and includes straight skewputts, along with corniced stacks.
