Description

18 Pearse Street in Brechin is a mid-19th century building. It is two stories high and features a three-window ashlar front with a central panelled door. The sides are made of rubble, and the building has a gabled, slated roof with straight skews and a simple rhone. It retains its original end stacks and original glazing. There are also two slim polygonal ashlar gatepiers.
