Description
28 The Avenue in Girvan is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high and features three bays. The exterior is made of painted ashlar with contrasting margins. It has a central door framed by simple pilasters and a bracketed cornice. The windows have 12-pane glazing throughout. The building includes an eaves course, end stacks, and a piended slate roof. There are two pairs of pyramidal gate piers, along with one additional pier at the boundary.
