Description

26 The Avenue in Girvan is a mid-19th century building that stands two stories high and has three bays. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar with raised margins. The central entrance features a pilastered doorpiece, while there is a later canted bay window to the left. The remaining windows have 12-pane glazing. The building also includes an eaves course, a cornice, and a blocking course. It has end stacks and a slate roof.
