Description
11, 13, 15 The Avenue in Girvan is a late 18th century building that has undergone later alterations. It is a two-storey, three-bay house with a rear wing and a single-storey rear range. The exterior is roughcast with painted margins. Number 11 features a central door flanked by two later windows, and there are two windows on the first floor with 12-pane glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof, which may have been raised in the 19th century. Number 15 is located in the lower two-storey rear wing, while number 17 is in the single-storey range that forms the third side of the courtyard.
