Description

12 The Avenue in Girvan is a pair of single-storey cottages from the earlier 19th century, featuring three bays. No 12 is finished in painted roughcast with painted margins, while No 14 is lined to resemble red sandstone ashlar, also with painted margins. Each cottage has a central door and flanking windows, with doubled windows in the left bay of each. The cottages have straight skews on the gable walls, end and axial stacks, and a slate roof.
