Description

22 The Avenue in Girvan is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, arranged in three bays. The exterior is finished in painted roughcast with contrasting margins. The central entrance door is adorned with margins, an entablature, and a blocking course above it. The windows are plate-glass sashes, and there are two piended, canted dormers along with one small central piended dormer. The building has end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there are gate piers topped with pyramidal caps.
