Description

10 Montgomerie Street in Girvan is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, with three unequal bays. The exterior is finished in painted stucco with contrasting margins. The entrance is marked by an off-centre pilastered doorpiece, with a single window to the left and a tripartite window to the right on each floor. There is a moulded string course between the ground and first floors, along with a cornice and blocking course. The roof includes two piended canted dormers, straight skews, and end stacks, all covered with slate.
