Description

44 Kirk Street in Dunoon is an early 19th-century building designed in a plain Georgian style. It has two storeys and features three wide windows. The structure is built of rubble that is thinly rendered, topped with a gabled slate roof. There are ashlar chimneys, and almost every window includes astragals. An adjoining high wall has an ogee-arched doorway.
