Description

1B Clerk Street in Brechin is a late Georgian building that was altered in the later 19th century. It is constructed of ashlar and features a single storey with an attic. The façade includes a recessed central door with six panels and a plain margin, flanked by two windows. There are two canted dormers on the roof, which is slated and has a straight skew with a moulded skew end. The building also has a bracketed rainwater head and decorative features.
