Description
3, 4, 5 St James Place in Brechin is an early 19th century building that has been altered over time. It is constructed of rubble and has two storeys with a three-window front. The building features good early 20th century shops, two of which have their own door and window, along with a central shared showcase. There are channelled end pilasters and a continuous fascia entablature, although this is now partly concealed. A door at the west end provides access to the floor above. The roof is slated and includes skewputts, and the windows have been reglazed.
