Description
12 Panmure Street in Brechin is a building dating from around 1865. It is two stories high with an attic and constructed of coursed rubble. The front facing Panmure Street features four windows, while there is an additional window on the corner of Martin's Lane. The building includes two shops that have slim pilasters, mullions, and long lintels. There is a recessed door located in one of the window quadrants, along with a parapet above No 12. The roof has two canted dormers and a rubble gable that includes a door. The roof is slated, with the left-hand stack rebuilt in brick and the right-hand stack having been demolished.
