The narrow 3-bay Carmelite Street frontage has original ground floor shops with paired windows and an entrance in the outer bay, which is closed by double leaf plank doors. On the first floor, there are 3 windows, along with 2 canted wallhead dormers.

The 2-bay rear wing includes large first floor windows and 2 piended wallhead dormers. The windows feature 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case style, and the building has corniced end stacks and slate roofs.
