Description

1, 3 Strait Path in Banff is an early 19th century house, likely incorporating earlier work. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure with an additional pend door. The exterior is harled with painted margins. The central door is flanked by rectangular shop windows, and there are three regular first-floor windows featuring 12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. The roof is slate, with a single tall end stack built against the gable end of No 5 Strait Path.
