Description

72 Castle Street in Banff is an early 19th century house, which may include parts from an earlier building. It is a two-storey structure with an attic and has a narrow four-bay design. The exterior is harled with painted rendered margins, featuring doorways in the outer bays. The ground and first floor have regular fenestration in bays two and three, with eight-pane timber sash and case windows. There are also two small gabled dormers. The house has a slate roof and a coped rubble ridge stack.
