Description

42, 43, and 44 Castle Street in Aberdeen is an early 19th century, three-storey and attic, three-bay Classical tenement. The building is constructed from grey granite ashlar and features a moulded eaves course. On the ground floor, there is a segmental-arched opening located at the far left. The mansard roof is adorned with three flat-roofed dormers. At the rear, there is a late 20th century four-storey extension.

The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case, and the roof is covered with grey slate. The building has gable stacks and cast-iron rainwater goods.
